How To Log Into The OKDHS Live Online Account

To successfully log into the OKDHSLive Login system, you will be guided through this article. If you would like to access your benefits through the Oklahoma DHS Live online portal to access your benefits, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the OKDHSLive.org login page
  • The first step to logging into your Oklahoma DHS account is to visit the OKDHSLive website. The website can be found at www.okdhslive.org.
  • On the website, click on the “Login” link located in the upper right corner of the page. See the screenshot below for help.

  1. Enter your email address and password
  • After clicking the Login link, you will be redirected to the OKDHSLive.org login page. You will need your email address and password to access the OKDHSLive.org login portal.
  1. Submit your OKDHSLive credentials
  • After you have entered your information, click Submit to access your OKDHS Live account. You can now apply for, access, update, modify or renew your Oklahoma benefits.
  • Eligibility criteria for the Low Income Residential Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) are based on income, family size, available resources, and responsibility for paying household energy bills.
  • Everyone living at the same supply address must apply together. The person you are or the member of your family who is a Native American, you can apply for energy assistance through OKDHS or your tribe, but you cannot receive assistance from both in the same federal tax year.

To qualify for LIHEAP support, you must meet each of the following conditions:

  • Cover your home’s heating and cooling costs.
  • Citizenship of the United States is required, or the applicant must hold a lawful permanent residence permit.
  • Have $2,000 for one person or $3,000 for two and $50 for each additional person in the family or less in cash, checking or savings accounts, certificates of deposit, stocks, or bonds.
  • Follow specific income guidelines that vary by family size and fuel type.
